WARRANTY

Eighteen months Warranty
If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal use and tear, or natural breakdown.

 

What Does This Warranty Cover?
During the warranty period, if the materials or workmanship of the original manufactured product are considered defective.


Not Covered Under Warranty
  •  Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  •  Lost or stolen products
  •  Items that have expired warranty period
  •  Non-quality-related issues(30 days after purchase)
  •  Free products
  •  Purchases made over 18 months ago (unless otherwise stated)
  •  Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, and operating devices improperly)
  •  Purchases from unauthorized re-seller
  •  No compensation will be given for the loss of the use of the product, inconvenience, injury, or any other damages, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or inability to use this product.
  •  This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged, and resealed products; including but not limited to the sale of such products on internet auction sites and sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers.

In no event shall this warranty require more than the repair or replacement of any part or parts that are found to be defective within the active period of the warranty. If the necessary replacement parts or products are not available, Lamicall reserves the right to make product substitutions of equal or higher value instead of the original model.

 

Warranty Process
  •  Sufficient proof or purchase must be provided.
  • A description of the defect must be provided in order to issue a warranty claim.
  •  If the defective item is damaged, visible proof (if any) must be provided along with the item’s serial number (if any).
  •  You may need to return the item for quality inspection.
 
Valid Proof of Purchase
  •  Order number from online purchased made through Lamicall’s authorized resellers.
  •  Sales invoice.
  •  Dated sales receipt from an authorized Lamicall reseller.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@lamicall.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exclusions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it will take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
